Do I need to be home during the visit?
It helps for the first visit, so the scope can be confirmed in person. After that, arrangements can be made for access without you present, if preferred.
Can the checklist be changed later?
Yes — it's reviewed whenever your needs change, not fixed permanently at the first agreement.
What if something is damaged or needs special care?
Fragile items or restricted areas are simply noted and left alone unless you've specified otherwise in the scope.
How is pricing adjusted for larger homes?
We discuss floor area and room count before confirming a final figure, so there are no surprises on the day.
