About these terms

These terms cover the use of cedarsaffron.com, the website of Cedar Saffron Kabushiki Kaisha, 1-5-15 Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. They are about the website only. The cleaning work itself is governed by our Terms and Conditions and by the written scope agreed for each home.

What the website is for

The site describes three services — regular home care visits, seasonal deep care and move-out restoration — and lets you send us an enquiry. Nothing on the site is a booking. A visit exists only once we have confirmed a date and a written scope with you by email.

Prices and descriptions

Prices on the site include consumption tax and are for the typical scope described on each page. Homes differ: a large balcony, heavy grease in a range hood or a tatami room in poor condition can change the time needed. If the scope for your home would cost more than the listed price, we tell you before the first visit, never on the day.

Using the contact form

• Accurate details: Please describe the home honestly; the checklist is built from what you tell us.
• Your own home: Only send details of a home you live in, own, or manage with the owner's permission.
• No misuse: Do not use the form to send advertising, to test security, or to submit other people's personal information.

Availability of the site

We keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available. Pages may change as our services change. We are not responsible for losses caused by the site being temporarily offline or by an outdated page, though we will correct errors as soon as we notice them.

Text and photographs on this site belong to Cedar Saffron Kabushiki Kaisha or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use. If we link to another website, we do so for convenience and are not responsible for what it says.

Law and contact
